Love on the Menu

Han Gyu Rim runs a side-dish shop in a neighborhood market and has earned the nickname “Leader Han” for her habit of rushing to help whenever someone is in trouble. Emotional, outspoken, and unable to ignore the problems of others, she celebrates their happiness as if it were her own and stands fiercely beside them when things go wrong. Kim Mu Jin, meanwhile, is the owner and chef of an Italian restaurant who secretly comes from a wealthy family. To avoid being recognized as the owner’s son, he dresses like a market worker and takes public transportation while working part-time at the restaurant. Their lives become unexpectedly connected as Mu Jin develops a peculiar bond with Gyu Rim. Against the backdrop of a family that can hurt, frustrate, and fiercely protect one another, their story explores the complicated ties that hold people together even when everything seems to fall apart.
