Blossoms of Power (2026)

The Prosecutor’s Proposal is a gripping Korean BL mystery thriller that begins with a tragedy that permanently alters two young lives. Fifteen years ago, the brutal murder of a powerful casino mogul tears apart a community and leaves two boys on opposite sides of a painful truth. One grows up bearing the weight of being the son of the victim, while the other is condemned by the legacy of his father, the accused killer. Bound by a past neither chose, their lives are marked by grief, suspicion, and irreversible loss. Years later, fate reunites them as adults in the legal world—one becoming a prosecutor, the other an investigator. Forced to work together, they confront not only the lingering trauma of the past but also a deeply rooted conspiracy that extends far beyond a single murder case. As they dig deeper, they uncover a vast network of corruption connecting powerful corporate interests with the prosecution system itself. Each revelation pulls them further into danger, testing their trust and forcing them to question everything they believed about justice, guilt, and responsibility. The line between truth and deception becomes increasingly blurred as the investigation exposes how deeply the past still controls the present. Amid this relentless pursuit of truth, an unexpected emotional bond begins to form between them. What starts as mistrust slowly transforms into a fragile connection built on understanding and shared pain. However, their growing closeness becomes both their greatest strength and most dangerous vulnerability as the conspiracy tightens around them. Caught between duty, truth, and emotion, they must decide whether to remain trapped in the cycle of inherited sin—or become each other’s only chance at redemption in a world where justice comes at an unforgiving cost.
